The Strategy Session with Dr. Eno

The Strategy Session is designed for individuals who are looking into hiring me as a health advocate.  

Here is what to expect:

• To get the most benefit of the session, please complete the intake questionnaire below to determine eligibility.
  
• During this session, you will have the opportunity to provide an overview of your concerns. This will allow me to determine if I can assist you.
  
• Do not expect a detailed care plan as part of the Discovery Call.
  
• If we decide we are a good fit for each other, we will discuss the next steps to start working together.
