Currently there are 29 million adult Americans living with Type 2 diabetes in the United States. There are also an additional 86 million who have borderline diabetes and more than half of these people are unaware. Sadly, a lot of people diagnosed with type 2 diabetes experience a sense of shock, despair and resignation and live in constant fear of developing diabetes complications.

But this does not have to be their reality.
